You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, as they are created specifically to your specifications. By purchasing a personalized item, you acknowledge that these sales are final, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
